  1. Coverage: Our insured delivery service covers you for any damage to goods that occurs during transit.

  2. Responsibility: Once your parcel is confirmed as delivered via tracking information, it becomes the buyer’s responsibility.

  3. Claim Period: The buyer has 48 hours from the time of delivery to report any damage and file an insurance claim.

  4. How to Claim: To raise a claim, please email us at support@nkwholesalers.co.uk within the 48-hour window.

  5. Claim Validity: Claims made after the 48-hour period will not be considered, and the insurance will be invalidated.

Return & Exchange Policy

At NK Wholesale, we are committed to providing clear and fair return and exchange policies that protect both our customers and our business interests. Please review our updated policy carefully:

General Return Policy

  1. Return Period for Normal Products: You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to return normal products. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.

  2. Return Period for Sale Items: Sale items must be returned within 2 calendar days from the date of delivery. Returns for sale items requested after this period will not be processed.

  3. Special Orders: Special orders, including customized or non-standard items, cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded after 72 hours from the date of order placement. You must raise any concerns or issues within this 72-hour window. No returns or refunds will be processed beyond this period.

  4. Condition for Returns: To be eligible for a return, products must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging, tags, and labels intact. Products that are damaged or missing parts due to reasons not attributable to us may not be eligible for a return.

  5. Return Procedure: To initiate a return, please contact our support team within the specified return period. Our team will provide you with instructions on how to return the product. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or an error occurred on our part.

Refunds

  1. Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned product. If the product meets our return criteria, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  2. Non-Refundable Items: Products not eligible for return or refund include special orders, items returned outside the specified return periods, and items not in their original condition.

Amazon Sellers

  1. Restrictions on Amazon Sellers: We do not allow Amazon sellers or market distribution entities to purchase products from our website or create accounts with us. This policy is in line with fair market practices as outlined in the Competition Act 1998 and the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008, ensuring the integrity of our pricing and market position.
